Goals

• Quality and Inclusive Education Provide adequate resources, competent and gender-responsive personnel, and modern facilities to deliver quality, equitable education with integrity and professionalism.
• Compliance and Discipline Ensure full compliance with ISO 9001:2015, CHED, GAD, and other regulatory standards through organizational discipline, audits, and continual improvement
• Innovation and Collaboration Strengthen local and international linkages to promote innovation, collaborative research, extension, and gender-responsive projects, activities, and programs that support student success and community involvement.

Objectives

• To provide learners with access to library services and resources in print, non-print and electronic formats and to create a welcoming and functional environment that will lead to the highest level of client satisfaction.
